The Garlic Twister is a versatile handheld kitchen tool that can mince a wide variety of ingredients, from garlic and ginger to herbs and nuts. [ MULTIFUNCTIONAL ]

To use the Garlic Twister, first "smash" the garlic clove to loosen the skin for easier peeling (see instructional video). This softens the garlic as well. Then, place 2-3 cloves in the unit and progressively twist while working your way down. The result will be minced garlic bits mixed with their natural juices. [ INSTRUCTIONS ]

For easy removal of the minced garlic, pack it into triangles by lightly twisting the Twister side to side (see video). If you find it difficult to twist, "pre-smash" the garlic as mentioned earlier, which will weaken the clove and make it easier to twist. [ REMOVING INGREDIENTS ]

The Garlic Twister is also great for ginger and other ingredients. Simply slice the ginger into narrow discs before placing it in the Twister (see "Stir Fry" video for a demonstration). Additionally, you can use the Twister to prepare nuts for toppings on ice cream. [ GINGER & MORE ]
